Crémant has been hiding in plain sight from the British consumer.
For 50 years the French have been quietly celebrating their little wins with a bottle of their local Crémant. No need for the showy stuff, the bottle service parades, the sabring or shaking the bottle over everyone, just a good bottle of fizz fitting for the occasion.
Us Brits have spent too long splurging on fancy ‘shampoo’ or wincing from the acid and sugar explosion of Prosecco.
Now this little ritual is coming to these shores and consumers are beginning to learn what a great, light, refreshing drink it is. Where English Sparkling has unashamedly sought to emulate Champagne (often being owned by them), Crémant has sought its own path.
We are excited to be launching Saysah with bottles in time for Christmas!
